How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually 5–8 business days. Shipping is free, with tracking and no extra import duties.

How do returns and refunds work?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to return an unused cup in its original condition to our U.S. location in Georgia.

Are your cups safe to drink from?

Our cup and plate samples were lab-tested for lead and cadmium release, and neither was detected. Enjoy your daily tea or coffee with confidence.

Are your cups dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing to keep the soft sheen that develops with everyday use. Cups without gold or silver details can go in the dishwasher, but it may wash away that sheen. Cups with gold or silver details should always be washed by hand.
